We accept homes throughout the year for our tour that is held in the spring. The deadline to submit is mid-January before the April/May tour.

You need to gather for your submission:

Property Information

Description of the home including year built

Style/type of remodel (bungalow/whole house)

2 before photos and 2 after photos – show us how the home was improved!

The submission will be reviewed and you will be notified about next steps. You will receive an email inviting you to finalize your entry.

From the email that you’ve received, follow the process to complete you entry.

Select the type of submission you want:

Standard – Submission includes 1 picture provided by MSP Home Tour, 430-character description, 1/8 page ad in the Guide, and includes 4 pictures provided by MSP Home Tour, 1,000-character description and link to company website.

Upgrade Print– Upgrade to 1/4 page ad for $550 for general submissions or $450 for NARI members for the Guide.

Upgrade Online – Upgrade to 16 photos, Matterport and 4,000-character description for $450 general submissions and $350 for NARI members.

Homeowner Submissions are at no cost

Social Media – submission includes standard tour coverage on MSP Home Tour and NARI Instagram accounts. Each presenter asked to tag, post, share social media for a robust social presence.

Topic Talks – Contact info@narimn.org if you are interested in giving a Topic Talk. Preference for topics related to the shelter industry.

Signage – Every home on the tour receives: 4 directional, 2 up-arrow, 1 house number, and 1 sponsor sign. Presenters to set out signs before the tour and take signs down after the tour. If additional signs needed contact info@msphometour.com.
